I came here about a year ago when I went to college in Hampton, and as Ive relocated and found a dental office in my new area, it reminded me of just how awful my experience here was. Everyone was generally friendly; however, they were running so far behind that they gave me a very rushed exam and told me that they did not have time to give me a cleaning. They asked me to come back at another time. Additionally, the building was severely run down and I did not feel comfortable in it. The fact that I did not even get a cleaning here and had a rushed new patient exam made me feel like I was not valued as a customer. My childhood dental office was incredible and the new one I found in my new area is just as good if not better. At the end of my visit, I was charged $35 when I was originally told that my insurance covered everything. To this day, I am unsure as to what I paid for. This was truly a 1 star experience and though people were nice, the service that they were supposed to provide was a 0.

Worst place of business. The office is not clean and paint chipping off walls and equipment not clean and updated. Several areas of equipment show rust and age. Office Manager is very rude. Dont trust the office they do false charges and have no customer service.
