        One star is more than I want to give them! This is the third time I have had issues with appts made this was the last straw, I will never go back. They pass the buck from one to the other no accountability what so ever.

        I wish I had read the reviews about Aspen Dental prior to being serviced. Their customer service is atrocious and Im entirely convinced the only way to get hired there is to be certified in wasting peoples time. Their receptionist do NOT answer the phones, EVER. Doesnt matter what time of day you call either. Their behavior is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE who works at the HAMPTON location and somehow every day AND time I call, no one is around to answer the phone. Additionally, I went in for an extreme toothache that I knew needed a root canal (Ive had one before) and even though I had an appointment AND arrived 30 mins prior, they had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. When I was finally taken back to see the dentist after getting my X-Rays completed, the dentist took ANOTHER hour just to come to my room TO REPEAT TO ME VERBATIM WHAT I ALREADY TOLD HIM WAS THE PROBLEM. Even the dental assistant had to keep reminding him that he had another patient to see. I truly hope this place is on its way to being shut down for good. *PLEASE* even if youre experiencing an emergency, just go to ER or literally anywhere else before stopping here. Its not worth the headache and wasted time.

        Terrible to reach them over the phone! Doctor is nice. Environment is nice. But nobody receives a phone call at this dentistry. Schedule gets cancelled without any notice! Schedule also gets changed with a very short notice! If I call to reschedule, nobody ever answers even during office time! How can a patient depends on this dentistry if a patient cannot contact over the phone during office hour?
