I called Ross to check if they had a type of perfume called "Coach Foral The person, who answered the phone, put me on hold to check, but when she came back, she said they didn't have it, but they had something similar. However, she wouldn't tell me what they had and stated they do not hold anything but clothing. I felt like she was being lazy and unhelpful. I just wanted to avoid driving a long distance to the store wasting time and gas. Not very good customer service

Growing up in a larger family, Ross has always been super inexpensive for a family of 7 and now a family of 2, still cheap! There are 3 rosses I go to, Hampton, Janaf or military highway. Hampton is by far the cleanest and most organized, always has a plus size (2x) selection and the other two are typically low to no plus size clothing. Either way, I like them all!
