Synopsis Service advisor involved: Brittnie Greenberg Unresponsive and present Manager: John Burkett General manager: Chris Colbert Debit spent: -$470 The Service that I requested a refund for which required me to take time off twice in a short time span to get made truck back to its original condition due to shaking and pull to the right: tire rotation Service advisor: refused to give refund then further stated that it was my choice to get it in the first place and that they were putting it back as is for free just for me. I really should be spending time studying for my medical school exam but instead Im writing this review because today I was treated in an unacceptable way and not valued as a customer. I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told it needed services like filter changes inside the cabin and rotation. After those services were complete I paid $490+ out the door. When I drove my truck on the highway it started to pull to the right and steering wheel shaking so I immediately called the Hampton mercury classic toyota with a description of the issue and brought it back in today during the appointment time I made. Just as I did last time I brought two babies under two years old in to wait for remediation to the issue they caused by unnecessarily rotating, not being thorough enough to verify it was needed or done correctly. I asked my service advisor, Brittnie, if the tech ends up having to put my tires how they were at my initial appointment, if it would be possible to do a refund bc of it being and unnecessary service, her demeanor immediately went from friendly to annoyed and ghetto. Ive brought my truck in twice in one week and she treated me as if she were doing me a favor. Not to mention the manger knew I had an issue and not one time acknowledged me instead when I asked to verify his identity he went from standing around to readily taking calls. THE SERVICE ADVISORS HAVE TO BE MAKING COMMISSIONS OFF SALES. THIS TOYOTA CLASSIC DEALERSHIP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK EVEN WITH THEIR 30 DAY GUARANTEE. I went in for an oil change and happily paid just under $500 and they did not value the 500 over the $50/$60 tire rotation. I will not be going back. Do not waste your money time or effort with these people. Especially if you care about honesty, fairness and value. These people do NOT care about us..
