        THIS IS/WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FORD DEALERSHIP!! I've owned 3 Ford vehicles and dealt with only Ford dealerships for services & repairs. WYNNE FORD WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!I took my car in on January 31,22. I requested that they contact me with updates on the progress of my repairs. Each week I had to contact them for updates. February 22,22 I was told that my vehicle would be ready on the 23rd. Today February 23 @ 3 pm I had to call them again only to be told that it was not ready. I took time off work so I could return the rental and pick my vehicle. Communication & customers service skills are horrible! But they had no problems requesting more time & money from my insurance company! Service: Body & Trim
