Rusty's Fire Place & Chimney

Descent communications prior to install. Terrible service since the install. The fireplace has been installed for almost 2 years. I have only been able to use it about 3 months. The screen shots up and black smoke rolls out the pipe. The have come on 3 different occasions and it worked for about a month. The last time that I called them, they told me to call a service company. They don't honor what they told me during install. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Good communication from day one...told us everything we needed to know to install the high efficiency stove we wanted. Walked us through potential problems with the mantle that was in place in the existing fireplace and always kept us in the loop before, during and after installation. Great experience! Rusty and his team were awesome!

Hard to get out here, but knowledgeable and honest. Got our most problematic unit up and running in under 2 hours - any other company would have tried to upsell us on a new unit. Would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Rusty's. They replaced an old wood burning stove in our basent, along with having to replace the exhaust chimney piping that was not easily accessible. They needed to cut a hole in our bedroom wall to remove and replace the piping. Not only did they complete the job on one of the coldest days of the year, in much less time than they estimated, they thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They did such a good job installing the stove and chimeny and cleaning up, you wouldn't have even known they were here. They did a great job repairing the wall, so all we had to do was spackle and paint. They also had inspected the chimney when we first moved in, and recommended that we didn't use it due to the age and condition. It was clear to see when it was replaced that it would have been very unsafe if we had used it. Great job, and thank you so much!
