        Mr. Leiffer came out short notice on a rainy Sunday to troubleshoot an issue with our new well. I'm pretty sure he knows everything there is to know about wells.

        When they found out that I I was not going to return a brand new well pump and buy one of their over priced pumps. I was no longer worth their time and he made it very clear that he could not make a buck off of me. I was not going to get help from them, he had no shame in admitting that it was all about the money not making sure I had water

        Called a plumber first. No help. Called Gloucester well drilling and they came out the next morning and I had water in a few hours.

        Tommy has more knowledge about well systems than anyone else I talked with. Instead of insisting I needed a new well, like the other two companies did, he came out here and put in a new pump and made some minor repairs/adjustments and Im happy to say that my well is making more water than it has in years! And it was a fraction of the cost. Thanks for everything, Mr. Tommy. Hope others are smart enough to call around to get another opinion. Services: Pump installation, Pump repairs & installation

      Mr. Newman, we are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our inability to provide you with the service that you wanted.You said that you had purchased a pump from a local hardware store and installed it yourself but still couldn’t get water. You had further researched on your own in an to attempt to repair the problem yourself and wanted us to come remove the packer valve only. The need for the packer valve to match the pump type was explained in addition to advising you that we don’t provide service to just remove the valve and not repair or replace the valve. We spoke to you at length regarding the system, as we do anyone that is interested in troubleshooting themselves. There are many times the homeowner can successfully repair their system with a few pointers via telephone. Unfortunately, the service that you assumed you needed, was not a service that we provided.Again we are sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations. We wish you the best of luck in repairing your water system.
