Wonderful care, the professionals really listen and care. I'm very grateful to have found this practice as I struggle with my health issue and no longer feel alone or ignored like when I go to the hospital that's local to me (not in Gloucester).

A waste of my time and the copay. I had already seen an NP who said to follow up with the doc. Well the doc said something different than was in my follow up notes re when to schedule a colonoscopy - notes said in a couple years and when I saw the doc he said in a few months. I had SPECIFICALLY said in January I needed to get colonoscopy before June because of insurance changes so this was a complete change from the notes. ALSO when I saw the doc he said to have blood drawn to know humira levels - WHY WASN'T I TOLD THAT WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT SO I COULD SCHEDULE AROUND WHEN I TAKE MY MEDICINE! I can't drive 1.5hr roundtrip to waste my time and then go back to get blood drawn! An infuriating, waste of time experience.

Very kind in person and on phone. Did not have to wait long in waiting room. Clean office.
