Why do they never return phone calls? If you are even lucky to get someone to answer, they are super rude and sound annoyed that you would even call them. They already lost a $500 repair job because they wouldn’t call back. I thought I’d try them again on another job which was $2800, again, they didn’t call back so another shop got our business. For some reason, I tried again just to get a state inspection… whoever answered laughed at me and said it would be two weeks. Let’s see how long you stay in business if this is how you are going to treat your locals. I will tell anyone who will listen to stay as far away from this shop as possible.

I called in the morning and they set up an appointment for me to get my state inspection done same day! They were professional and got my inspection done quickly but did a thorough job. I appreciated how they were able to fit me in and made my wait minimal!
