        Initially I gave them 1 star due to poor customer support and no follow up or return calls from the project supervisor on my job. I was then contacted by Bruce Lemon who is the regional supervisor who apologized and has since taken care of my issues. He also advised that the aforementioned supervisor had been fired. Due to Bruces attention Im very satisfied now.

        Pablo came out and completely made me feel comfortable he is very good at explaining what needs to be done he wasted no time 2 weeks my roof guy s done and very beautiful thank you Pablo for all your help you ROCK !!!!!!

        Had a great experience with the Shanco. They worked with our insurance company to have our whole hail-damaged roof replaced with some added solar shingles. The project managers, Nate smith and Bruce Lemon, did a great job keeping us informed and keeping things moving throughout the process.
