My exam on January 29, 2024 was by far the worst I have experienced. Not only could they NOT correct my vision, they told me to go to an ophthalmologist for an anomaly in my right eye. Today I went to an ophthalmologist who corrected my vision to 20/20 and told me there is no anomaly. I wasted nearly $200 for an "exam" at National Eyecare.
I have worn glasses for over 50 years and I have never had such a bad experience with an eye exam. You should be embarrassed.
