I've had to purchase a few homes over the course of the last several years. In those processes it has been somewhat painful, with a lack of communication, understanding and transparency. If these things matter to you, then look no further. Duane Buziak is a COMMUNICATOR! He works incredibly hard morning, noon and night! First time home buyer? No problem, he will address all of your questions, regardless the time of day and make sure you understand. Not sure about closing costs and it's the weekend with your family? Shoot Duane a text or an email, and you'll have your answer that day! Buying a home for the first time can be daunting, why not make that process easy on yourself and use Duane? I don't typically write reviews or recommendations, but when I do; it's incredibly well deserved. Very comforting to know I am taken care of and if I refer anyone to Duane, they will be taken care of. After all, who doesn't want peace of mind?
