I wont lie , I am not an easy client that goes without saying because I am disabled and have many limitations especially texting and emails from my medications BUT I can not speak highly enough regarding the support I got from Rob Roland on closing on my loan for my new home in Midolothian Virginia . Rob put up with a lot of my guff most of it was due to the stress of me moving across the country and the passing of my dog during the loan process while concurrently selling my home in California. . I cant speak highly enough how patient Rob was with me even on my bad days lol. I would highly recommend Benchmark Mortgage in Glen Allen for your home loan serving needs with out hesitation. .

Susan did a great job of keeping me informed of the process and put together a very competitive package for my mortgage. She diligently push the project through, I was under a very tight time frame, until it was complete and we closed. Susan brought all factors and functions together in a accurate and rapid manner and I was very pleased from start to finish.

The team we worked with was absolutely amazing during our home purchasing process. Even if I try to think of something they couldve done better, I just cant find anything. I was floored by how fast Steven responded to every email and call I made no matter the time, the way he explained everything, his friendliness, and patience. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Benchmark mortgage. They treat their clients as if they were family and/or only clients. This is my second time using them for a home purchase and the service an attention to detail is just as exceptional as the first time around. Steven, Rob, and the rest of team are prompt to respond to emails and calls regardless of the time of the day, and even on weekends which is unheard of in financial institutions. I have been so please with this team that i mention them to anyone I come across that is looking for a mortgage agency including my family and they all also sing their praise. Thank you all for the work you guys do and the timeliness of your processes.
