Called a few years ago and couldn't help at all. Ended up going to a different place and they had much better rates and were able to approve me. I didn't even have that low of a credit score 730. Dan couldn't give me any info on what to do to get my credit score a little higher.l to get approved for an USDA loan. It was as if he could care less about my patronage. Skip this place.
