After thoroughly searching for realtors in the Richmond area, we decided to go with Alicia Shields at Next Home Advantage. We are so thankful and honored that it was Alicia who guided us through the search and purchase of our first home. We purchased our home in October of 2021, in a very competitive market. Alicia advocated for us and our best interest as a family when helping us navigate the whole process. Alicia kept us updated throughout every step, even keeping our chaotic schedules in mind. She was very quick and thoughtful to respond to our many questions. If there was a question outside of her realm, (I.e. financing specifics, loan options) she would direct us to a professional who could answer our questions. Alicia is truly the best!
