I have bought and sold many homes over the years, I don't recall any transactions that went as smooth my recent transaction that Cory listed and sold. He listed and sold the first day on the market. No hiccups along the way to closing. True professional who will be the first agent I go to in the future.

At our first meeting, he came extremely prepared and displayed a talent to explain every thing in a way that was easy to understand. Working with Cory was a pleasurable experience. He is extremely knowledgable, encouraging and on top of his game. Most of all, we appreciated how attentive he was to my husband and I. We were stepping way outside of our comfort zone and moving out of state for a job opportunity. He vetted several real estate agents in the area we were relocating and found an agent that fit our personality perfectly. The transition was scary but Corey was patient, knowledgable, understanding and determined to be the best for us! We can't thank him enough for all his hard work.

Cory is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. He really cares about his clients. He was always available to answer our questions and always helped in anyway he could. I would absolutely use him again for any real estate needs!
