We had such an extraordinary experience at Diamonds Direct today with Vickie. We were shopping for a new ring for my wife. Vickie spent so much time with us, teaching us and showing us all the options. She was just so friendly & kind.
Matt then quickly sized the ring and had it ready to go within an hour.
Thanks for such outstanding customer service. You made us feel like the most important customers in the world! We definitely will he shopping again at diamonds direct in the future. And my wife loved the ring BTW!!!

Ash was incredible. He was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, making last minute adjustments on more than one occasion to help better fit our schedule. Even when he was unable to meet with us on short notice, he always found a way to provide us the service and help that we needed, and made sure to come say hello for a second and ask if there was anything that he could get for us, even when he was in the middle of something else. Ash made the entire process enjoyable, and we cannot thank him enough for his service.

It is the only place I go for my wifes diamonds. They treat me like a king and have a no questions asked policy on any changes my wife wants. See Katia clocicova- smart and knows her stuff!! All my future purchases will be made with her
