I called several times and no one answered. The one time someone did answer they hung up. So I ended up calling the 1800 number and had everything resolved. I even found out my local agent no longer works there and that she didn't cancel a policy that she should have over a year ago. I'm sure someone in the office has taken over her clients. Why haven't they reached out introducing themselves as the new agent. From now on no more agents I'll make changes myself calling the 800 number.
