        The front desk Che k in experience and professionalism was right on point. Thank you so much Ida Niece, you made our stay top notch! Breakfast was fresh and delicious which isnt always the case. Thank you to the kitchen staff too.

        This place is getting run down. We chose a Marriott because we trust the quality and had a pool and breakfast. The pool was broken. We had an emergency evacuation that wasted an hour of sleep. Everyone had to leave early in the morning because of the fire alarm and they had no instructions for us. They didn't extend breakfast for anyone who slept in a little and closed it down at 9 AM because of the fire event. The front desk person stopped in the middle of our check in to check her phone and send a text message and then couldn't remember where she was in the check in process. I understand accidents happen but they could have helped us out a little and been more flexible.
