Pros: expansive gym with really good features - gym, pool, nice locker rooms, lots of equipment means little wait time, clean. Cons: LONG equipment repair times (sometimes weeks!), unresponsive management to issues (eg, the app, website and signage consistently being out of sync, not managing the gym times consistently, poor follow through to inquiries/complaints) - they really need to come out of their offices more and see how the gym is actually functioning. Ask your customers. Summary: still a good gym, but seemingly no longer on a quest to be one of Richmond's Best.

Clean, usually not too busy, lots of equipment and different spaces, and the staff are absolutely awesome. I have zero complaints. My only thing is I don't know if I'm allowed to be in those side rooms they have when classes aren't in session? I know other gyms let you, but I've been too afraid to ask if I can privately use the weights in there or something. Anyways, 10/10 experience.

Super clean and inviting! Staff is top notch in friendliness and professionalism. Price is on par with other gyms. Great place to make your next fitness journey!!!

Great clean place with programs for seniors and friendly atmosphere. At this time the registeration for classes on the new APP which I have not received thru an email is disfunctional - my old APP works - so be it!!

It's clean inside & they put up seasonal decor, which is nice. But when things like ellipticals or weight machines break, they stay broken. The TV system has been out for nearly a month, and while that isn't essential, having something to watch while listening to my playlist & exercising helps pass the time. And the parking lot is falling apart - several potholes - and trash everywhere. It could be so much better & I hope that it becomes so. That said, the staff is awesome!
