The app was not working properly so I called the store to buy what I wanted over the phone for puck up the next day. Welp the lady got on the phone and all of the sudden the app was working again. The lady stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything went well and I was able to order what I wanted . She was just wonderful my bf picked up the item and installed it later that day. All I can say is thank you.

Guys, it's so sad to see, but Best Buy is dying. I remember I used to go in here and there would be tons of people checking things out. Now at any given time there may be 10 customers in the store. The volume of customers has dropped so low that they no longer have the familiar checkout area. The customer service area doubles as a checkout. This is reminiscent of watching Toys R Us die. I'm just glad they don't have a catchy mortality defying jingle and a lovable mascot to mourn.

Best Buy has most electronic components needed. Convenient access to electronics. Yep. Many years later; the statement above still stands. Curbside pickup worked exceptionally well. Five minutes after arriving and checking in via the app or website, a helpful guy brought out the goods and helped load it in the truck. Fast & Easy pickup.
