I was trying to set up a payment plan on 11/12/21 but my card was charged for the full balance & the half payment of the plan. I called the same day and explained what happened, I requested a refund of the half payment since Ive already paid in full. I was told that it was going to be refunded back to my card within 5-7 business days, and to call back within 2 weeks if I dont see it in my bank account. I called again 2 weeks later requesting a status and I was then told it was under a review. December 12 my card was charged AGAIN for the remaining half balance which it shouldnt have been charged because there was no balance due since there was a credit pending, long story short I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY REFUND!!!!!! I was dealing with the supervisor JC and everytime I call to speak to her Im always given an excuse that shes either unavailable, not in, left for the day, shes going to come in later or shes on the other line with a customer how come everytime I call shes unavailable but shes quick to speak to other customers!?!? I have left voicemails or was on hold for an 1hr to then be transferred to a different supervisor and give me the same excuse. Always telling me that JC is going to call me back & never does!!! Its so frustrating because it shouldnt take 3 months+ to refund somebodys money & it shouldnt be under a review because I clearly paid the balance in full & my card was still charged again! This is the worst company ever, theyre so quick to collect money & give excuses but will take forever to refund the money or speak to the customer.
