This is the second time that I went to Experimax Glen Allen to "talk me through" some confusing aspect of my Mac or a website's functionality. They were patient and thorough in the explanations. I would not hesitate to go there again.

I am very pleased with my repair experience at Experimax Glen Allen. The technicians kept me posted throughout the repair process. Their explanations helped with my understanding of the issues with my phone and helped me to make appropriate decisions about what needed to be done and how to proceed. I hope that I will not need their services in the future (as having an accident with my iphone was not a pleasant experience). But- should I need help with future repairs of my technology gadgets, I will not hesitate to work with them again. They were fair, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. I would highly recommend Experimax Glen Allen!

Mark brought my computer back from death! I couldn't be more pleased. He explained things well to this almost computer illiterate and I thought the price was fair.
