Epitome Networks is a wonderful company. I manage a large medical practice with multiple locations and Epitome transitioned our new phone system in with such ease. We have been dealing with Epitome for a long time. They are the most professional. We have never had any big issues, however even on the small things they are "JOHNNY ON THE SPOT". We are working on the Voice over IP system and it has been great. Recommend them 100%

Dance's Sporting Goods located in Colonial Heights, VA has been a client of Epitome Networks since 2020. We were thrilled to have a local company serve our needs. The VoIP phone system is an excellent tool in our retail setting, the installation was flawless. The employees at Epitome Networks are second to none. Excellent customer service!

Our company recently renovated our office and hired several new employees, which required us to make changes to our telephone and network lines. Epitome Networks came in and took care of everything to update the phones and network system. Being able to get all the changes we needed taken care of by Epitome Networks made the process super easy. They were very responsive with a quick turn around, and we enjoyed working with Jessi Duke.

I have used this company for their great training and support that they make available to their customers. They have done multiple phone system installs for the company divisions. They offer training to users when your deploy their phone systems where the users can have someone on site to interact with and demonstrate the applications. After deployment they are extremely responsive and will answer questions swiftly. Their structured cable team is professional and skilled. They have completed full building installs and upgrades for the companies that I support. They have also assisted in our verizon femto cell install. This solved our cellular dead spots. Their network support team has been very helpful and I had no reservations leaving a division to them to meet their needs. They will answer your calls and document changes and processes. For each interaction I have had as an I.T. Director I have always had a positive outcome.
