        Napa employee Calvin went above and beyond his job description to help me with my car while i had waited 7 hours for carmax to send me a tow truck to service my battery.Employee response to my car trouble was respectful and professional. I would recommend this employee and location to anyone! Thank you so much i cant even tell you how much I appreciate your willingness to help me and my 10 day old baby to get out of 90 degree heat!

        I was in dire need of a windshield wiper replacement. I stopped at this establishment to purchase new wipers. Customer service at this Napa store is foremost! From the moment I walked in, I was given top assistance. When the purchase was completed, I asked if anyone could help me in replacing the new wipers with the old. No problem! The CSR not only helped me in choosing the best product but recommended his Store Manager to help with the replacement. Needless to say, the manager was most gracious in helping me. My wiper blades were pathetic to say the least; literally falling apart as he changed them out! In a time of so much negativity, I know that there are everyday people in my community that are willing to give of themselves. I recommend this Napa store to anyone who needs true customer service!!!
