Came out pretty quickly and looked at a leaking shower drain. Tech left and said someone would call me with an estimate. I have not heard from them for over 2 weeks. Got our problem resolved by another plumbing firm.

We had Donnie and his crew completely run new water line from the meter to the building at Reedy's Appliance. Our old line from the 60's had a major leak and was leaking 14,000 gallons a month. The leak was definitely under our building or parking lot. They were able to run new water line and reroute the line to the building without touching our parking lot or showroom floor. Ricky Ramey did an excellent job on our septic. We called everyone else in galax, and Wytheville area and couldnt get anyone to keep their word and come and and do it. We called Rameys and they came that day and looked at the job and fixed it the very next day! Super nice guy, great quality work, and wasnt very expensive.
