SonLight Window Coverings - Rugs & Home Decor

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we receive from SonLight Window Coverings. After many years of reliable operation, our motorized blinds stopped retracting (opening) properly. One side of each blind would attempt to retract as designed, but the other side would not, causing the blinds to bind-up and fail to open. Sonlight worked with the manufacturer, including sending photos and videos of the failing blinds, to determine if the blinds were repairable, and learned they were not. Although the blinds were out of warranty, they continued to work with the manufacturer to get us replacements of a similar color and were successful in getting us new blinds that operate beautifully, and at no cast. Sonlight did the installation of the new blinds and continued to follow-up with us to make sure the blinds were operating properly and make any desrired adjustments. Their service was always prompt, and their interactions always courteous--the best it could be! We are totally satified with their service, and could not recommend them more highly.

SonLight replaced my old dark brown wooden shutters with new white ones. I appreciate how quickly they came out to my house to measure the windows and give me an estimate. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves on the day of installation. I will definitely be using them in the future.
