Always a great product. A bit overpriced, but I guess you pay for brand recognition. Get in the rewards program, the points will add up quickly.

I have had my 1st bad experience with this company. I bought the honey smoked turkey breast like normal and it was nothing normal about it. It was disgusting and was able to return and get a replacement and it was very little difference. My conclusion is that the company must have changed their product or vendor . So disappointing and embarrassing when you have company waiting to eat and everyone threw it in the trash. All changes are not for the good. I wont be back. They don't honor company rewards, and many customers in line were denied this service despite company stating in store support on the website order for location(s). Expiring credits of 9 dollars per customer if not more is b.s. for a hundred twenty dollar ham. But hey, I got 9 more dollars of ham awards today I can't spend. The website for the company explains that stores may not participate; however, this is not connected to the ordering process. If one of the three stores in this area would honor these rewards the company makes it difficult to decipher or redeem so this review is against this whole ordering process as fraudulent advertising or deceptive marketing. Stores may be franchises or whatever but standards are made for a reason. This leads to a lack of quality in customer experience and service.
