They sure do live up to their negative reviews! Very rude employees. One tiny scoop of queso, can't mix, costs more. Was told that I have no rewards, when looking at them, and showing them. Just terribly rude atmosphere.

To the 3 ladies doing their absolute best to ensure everyone got they food I say thank you. It's national burrito so all of VA was in that place, the printer for the online order was going CRAZY. I ordered online and when I got there I waited in line to pick it up. I knew what I was getting into so even when I waited almost an hour I didn't care because they were busting they you know what to serve everyone in a timely manner. Despite all the rude people they did it with a smile and you could see they were tired. The manager for whatever reason wasn't there but to the manager I say give them the vacation they deserved and a raise. That place was like the battle of Helms Deep and they didn't crumble one bit. Thank you again ladies and I hope you get some well deserved rest

The staff were extremely friendly; but the rest of the visit was just average. Not much more to add its just something to fill the stomach.

This place needs ZERO STARS! Worst location you have the only thing consistent under this management is the wrong orders!! I ordered here today a bowl with Birria meat, a coke and chips and pico salsa picked up immediately didnt get pico in my order it was Salsa verde I received the wrong drink ordered a coke got a diet.. and my Birria meat is COLD as in right out the fridge!!!!! How is my meat cold it seems we have regulations regarding the temperature of meat! This isnt the first messed up order but the 3rd!!! Get it together!!!!!
