This is my second haircut at this place. Front desk concierge is nice they deserve 5 stars for being nice. Other than that the mens haircut is wack. Not worth it. It's my second visit. No shapeup, you have to beg them to cut the sides of your hair. I dont think they know what they are doing. Health department should check if they have a hair cut license. They just put the blade on #2 and cut the whole head on one number. I don't think they are stylists and know what they are doing. No shape up on the sides! My side burns are not even done. I asked to have shampoo immediately. I tipped 5% instead of 30% :). Let's put it like this, It's a little better than haircuttery. The only good side to this is you can get a haircut after your workout. Recommend the mall at Springfield or Merrifield or a nice salon or barber in the neighborhood for a good mens haircut. $55 plus tip at life spa and when I get home I'm going to another salon to fix there mess up

Amazing place. Darlene does an AMAZING job with my hair. I absolutely love her. Staff is very professional, kind and accommodating. I only trust Darlene with my hair no one else. And Aqsa I hope I spelled her name right gives amazing facials and is very VERY knowledgeable in the skincare field.
