I normally don't do reviews but I needed to do this one as I have never received such great customer service I called Lazy Boy in Gainesville Va and spoke with Zachary Dowell about my husband's Lazyboy chair was having issues. Due to my husband's condition he using this chair everyday as it is his sanctuary. Zachery listened to me and then went up and beyond to resolve my issue. With help of his store manager Anthony Hill they both resolved my issue and even got the new chair delivered early. I can not say enough about the excellent customer service they both gave me that day And if you are wondering Lazy Boy stands behind their product warranty if they can't fix it then they will replace it Minnie Hawl

Tina was very informative and patient. She had to do our paperwork over to acceptor changes whipping the store. She was lovely to speak with. It was as we knew each other for years.
