We worked with the team at Illinado, LLC to have our basement finished and the end result is great! From start to finish, we discussed every step and bump along the way and bit by bit the basement went from an empty concrete space to a completely finished living space. As you all know, finishing a basement is not easy and if you're looking for a team that does good work, works hard, and leaves you with a gorgeous finished home then they might be a match for you! Working with Illinado was a great experience. They were professional, timely, and did wonderful work on my kitchen remodel. They installed a new tile floor, countertops, backsplash, and painted all the cabinets, as well as installing new fixtures. They also repaired the sagging ceiling and make it look like new. Throughout the process they were courteous, communicative, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend hiring them for any project. We had a basement finished off. After contacting several people we chose Illinado. We are very happy with the work completed. Construction included a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Did an amazing job on all. Hugh was great to work with and was very receptive and personable. Will use them in the future. Found Illinado online and quite a bit of positive reviews so I decided to give them a call for an estimate to have 2 closets added to a room. Hugh returned my call and gave me an email address (Hugh's first and last name)for me to send pictures and dimensions. Kept getting the email returned after trying several variations of teh email address he provided. Texted Hugh he got back to me with the correct email address (just Hugh's first name) the next day. Emailed him the pictures and dimensions and never heard back. After several texts, a VM, over a week of time - nothing. No estimate, no text, no phone call, no email, no voice messages. My experience with contractors that don't follow-up is to move on.
