Brian and Margie Conley are excellent realtors and sold a 20 acre lot for me on the eastern edge of the Shenandoah Valley. It had a well, septic, two acres of trees bulldozed, power run to the lot and incredibly amazing views. They worked with perspective buyers often. They gave me information on its pricing. sold the property and the closing was extremely fast. They also sold my home of 26 years. Took me two years to get it ready to sell and two days to sell it. They had an open house and entertained lots of potential buyers. The closing process went quickly! Both Brian and Margie are a wealth of information for buying and selling property in Warren County, VA. They are patient, kind, have great can-do attitudes and are very knowledgeable. If they dont have an answer, they research and get that question answered for you. They even helped me to get all of my things removed from the home the day before the new owner moved in! They know the housing market and pricing quite well and I highly recommend them for buying or selling a property in northern Virginia!
