Called 7 different plumbing companies for a cracked pipe at a restaurant which was leaking down into the art gallery below us. I found Potomac plumbing and gas on the list with Appleton, fh furr & Michael and sons. None of which could help us today btw. Brandon answered my call, listened to the issue and told me he may not be able to fix it today but (he happened to be only a few minutes from my location) hed come take a look. Brandon was able to fix the issue in less than 2 hours! Will definitely be using them for both of our restaurant locations plumbing needs

Brandon was extremely professional and I have had several plumbers in the past few years. He sent me a picture of himself before arriving which included his impressive background.I called to find out when he could fix my plumbing and to my amazement he said he would be at my house the following morning. Wow! When he arrived he explained everything he would be doing after giving me 3 different choices of how to fix my plumbing and the price of each. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

My husband and I called Potomac Plumbing & Gas when our cistern ran dry, causing our well pump to stop working. Brandon was quick to arrive upon being called. However, thats the only positive thing I have to say about our experience. He took a look at our pump and said it was unfixable and would require replacing, as well as the surrounding pipelines for intake and outtake. He told us they were leaking, which I found especially interesting as when wed had the crawlspace inspected very recently; it was declared the driest crawlspace ever seen. But I digress. Brandon gave us a quotea whopping $5,235. He recommended signing up for a plumbing membership in order to receive a 15% discount for the apparently low cost of $49 a month. Instead I crawled under the house and reprimed the pump myself. Less than an hour later and for zero dollars, our pump was working fine. I wouldve been willing to pay a fair price for necessary servicing in order to not have to do it myself. But the way Brandon just tried to scam us is despicable. I assume he was just hoping that my husband and I were young, dumb, and desperate enough to take it at his word. Were young and have two kids under two, so were prime candidates for so-called professionals to try and take advantage of our fear of not having water. If you want to be taken for a sucker and pay triple the price for unnecessary services, Potomac Plumbing & Gas is the place for you. If you want to have a certified, professional Master Plumber lie to your face and say he was unaware your well pump was the type that could be primed when you call back to say you wont be needing his services, Potomac Plumbing & Gas is the place for you. 0/5, do not recommend.
