        Took my broken glasses to them ( a arm broke off) today and even though insurance had ended for the broken frame a very nice employee was able to fix them for me by adding a spare arm they had in parts and didn't charge me

        This place is a joke. I have been wearing glasses since I was 12,Am in my 70s so I have been to a few places in my time. This is one of if not the most unprofessional places I have been to. Unfriendly, irritable and dismissive. I did not walk in ,I made an appointment and was there early yet had to wait beyond my appointment and was rudely treated by the front staff, the clinical staff and the doctor. They acted SO unprofessionally I am surprised they are still in business. Not only did they not introduce themselves as all medical professionals do especially when treating new customers, the made me wait in the dark for an extended period of time without my glasses which I need to see, and did not offer any explanation as to what was going on. Then all the doc wanted to do was recommend an expensive operation and not change my prescription which is what I needed. Needless to say that's the last they will see of me. Also I will be reporting them to my insurance provider as they charged for testing that they never did, glasses were overcharged as well.

      We are so sorry you had a bad experience at the doctor’s office that is attached to our shop. We are a separate business but The Eyecare Center will be notified and hopefully we can improve. We strive to be professional and treat all customers like we would want to be treated ourselves. As far as the prices of our eyeglasses we do use high quality lenses made by Zeiss and Essilor and we try to stay as competitive with our prices as possible. We are a small, private, family owned business.
