Mr. Kim, I am very sorry that you had a negative experience during your round the other day, however I need to point out a few things so that there is some context.When the Pro Shop was contacted and informed of the incident, the guest was upset, which was understandable, however the caller was screaming and demanding that the other team be removed from the golf course without even allowing our staff to speak with them and see what may have happened. Typically if someone is hit into, it usually is accidental which while upsetting, would not warrant expulsion.Upon arriving at the scene on the golf course, our staff found your team approaching the 7th tee box. The group ahead of you was on the 8th fairway, and there were 3 groups behind you on the 6th hole. The Marshall approached to let you know that he was going to discuss the incident with the group behind you and was simply pointing out that your group was out of position and that if you could speed up that would help you get ahead of the group that you called about and cut down on the likelihood that there would be another negative interaction.The Marshall was greeted with an aggressive tone and Continued demands that the guests be removed before we even had an opportunity to speak with them.Upon returning after questioning the group behind to assure you that there would be no further incident, again the Marshall was spoken to in an aggressive manner.As I said, I get the fact that the situation is upsetting but our staff was not the cause of the incident and treating them in that manner was not called for when they were simply trying to assist.
