I wasnt sure if I should leave a review because I got such a good price for the job. However there were quite a few issues. I was approached by the owner to come give an estimate. They came right out gave me a great price so I added 2 more trees so a total of 6 trees. The person who gave me the estimate practically begged me to let them do the work they were very slow and needed work. I then asked for an estimate to get the stumps ground he talked me out of that. I had someone lined up to take the wood so he was going to cut it into manageable pieces. The man fell through so I asked them to get rid of the wood they said it would be more money I said no problem whatever it costs is fine. They came out at 11 ish on a Friday to start the job they worked for an hour took an hour brake then came back and cut the second tree and left at 3:30. No one told me they were done for the day no communication at all. Monday afternoon I called the owner to see what was going on and if he knew when the job would get done. He told me he would get a crew out that day and he did. The crew made it perfectly clear they didnt want to be there. One of the guys said he was going to quit when they found out they had to get rid of the brush for the price I was given. They cursed and the entire time my neighbor complained about the language they used. I told them I would just get rid of the wood because clearly they didnt want any extra work or money. When I paid for the job I was told I got an A plus company for an F price. They begged me for work, turned down more work, obviously terrible communication. I did throw new things at them when wanting to add the stumps and then take the wood but I was under the impression that they needed the work so I figured give it to them. I didnt ask for the second crew to come out I just wanted to know when the other crew would be back. After this work I sit here and wonder how they have gotten the best in the Bur. I felt like because I got a good price the crew was punishing me. I gave it a 4 star because of the price I got would I use this company or refer to a friend no way. There are so many other companies that actually want to work and dont cures and complain while doing the work.

We have hired Tree Times for a few different jobs, small and large and each time they have been professional and did an amazing job. They are great at communicating before and during projects and weve always been completely satisfied.
