        This was my first time here and I was recommended by the ER doctor at Spotsy. I was originally recommended to have an appointment with Dr. Chen but he was currently not accepting new patients. I was then referred to see Dr. Eric Thomas. I loved the staff who then proceeded to get me checked in, including the nurse. Dr. Thomas talked to me about surgery and what his plan was going to be. We even have a date scheduled. Thank you Shawna for helping me reschedule it. If I ever had to come back here, I most defenitely will and I will recommend my family here.

        Doctor Ryan is a great doctor, however I have been trying for 2 days to get my prescription switch from my pharmacies with no return call. I have had to call 3 times and not once got a call back. The receptionist is very unknowledgeable and they show little care for your concerns as a patient very poorly ran front end
