Texas Roadhouse

Absolutely the worse managed TX Roadhouse Ive ever been to. 20 min + at the bar trying to order food, they have the bartender doing so many other things he couldnt wait on his customers. I finally left without food

My regular Roadhouse is in Matthews NC but was excited I saw this one in Fredericksburg...Had a great meal but what made the visit special was the awesome bartender that was running the bar by herself... Kaylen deserves special recognition....Thanks Kaylen :) Parking: Easy in and out

Best service we have had in years at any restaurant. Our waiter Zac was on top of everything, their was never a moment where we had to wait for him for anything.

Bar staff was amazing. What was shocking is the fact that I got a 12oz ny strip at medium rare and it came out medium well the first time, medium the second time. Then I got down graded to a 8oz thicker cut that was so chewy I couldnt even eat a large part of it and the other part was straight fat that wasnt even cooked right enough to enjoy. I purposely came to TRH for an awesome steak. Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience and wont be coming back. For a steak house they failed so hard.
