She worked with me on scheduling the install, finding a time that was convenient for us. The technician did a fast, competent job of installation. Kim made the payment process quick and easy (great price for the quality of service) and handled all the paperwork. EP&G is now my Go To company for anything electric, plumbing, or gas.
