The store never has anything on the shelf that is needed. The whole skin care is bare shelves. They moved all of one brand behind the counter yet never have anyone in the front of the store assist.

Absolute joke. Its always at least 30 minutes to and hour to *pick up* a filled prescription, which boggles the mind. This time, they ran the wrong insurance - despite it being the same weve always used. They told me to come back so they could refill it, since they just threw it away when the insurance didnt work instead of calling or reaching out in any way. Came back, and asked them to check the insurance, since I was confused. Hey, it works fine! they tell me. Not sure why we tried another one before. Awesome, give me my meds, lets go. Also, theres an inhaler I need to pick up. They look at me and say The pharmacist says you told him you didnt want it. Which is an absolute lie, since it wasnt even mentioned it the previous visit. Im now told to come back a THIRD time so they can run the insurance they didnt run the first time, and refill the inhaler now. The incompetence is one thing, but the lying to my face is a total other thing. Stay away. Were going to be switching pharmacies ASAP.

In comparison to another CVS location that we had been using, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a really nice and welcomed change.
