I Sincerely do not understand the bad reviews. I got to this place later than most customers, because I found out the other Walmart I visited installed my tire wrong and it was very rapidly losing all its air. I needed it fixed ASAP and couldn't make it to the Glen Allen Location (where I initially got my tires replaced). They didn't have to take my car because it was late but they did, and they were so so kind. I am so grateful for them. James and then the Cashier/Intake Auto care guy (so sorry I didn't catch your name) were awesome. Thank you Guys! I'm definitely coming back to this location form now on.

Extremely unprofessional. My boyfriend dropped his car off at 11:30 AM, they called him at 1:30 PM to tell him they dont carry his oil filter and that he needs to buy one and bring it to them, at 5:00 PM they tell him its done, only to find out they had just started it and it wasnt done until 6:30 PM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WALMART!! They hire anyone off the street to work on cars. AWFUL service
