I cannot say enough about John and Tammy Reid and the entire staff we worked with at Embrace! My husband and I worked with Embrace to buy our home in 2020. We had tried working with other mortgage lenders that had been referred to us, but we quickly became frustrated and it seemed like they did not want to help us. We walked into embrace off a whim, and John made time for us on the spot. He answered all of our questions, and treated us like family. We were looking at a home that had just come back on the market at a reduced price, and we knew we had to act quickly. We had a preapproved letter, we viewed the home with a realtor John referred, and put in an offer within 24 hours. And we closed on the home shortly after. John answered all of our questions throughout the process, and he was able to work with us on the hurdles we encountered. Throughout the whole process he was positive and supportive. We were so happy with the experience that we chose to refinance the house with them as well. We have referred them to many people. And one of our family friends has also purchased a home with John's help. Tammy is the most kind hearted person! She is organized, detail oriented, and made sure we got the attention we needed. Even after we closed, they have been available for questions and guidance. The home buying process can be stressful, but I 100% trust John and Tammy and would encourage anyone looking to buy a home to stop by their office.
