All American Mobility

Tommy did such an amazing job with the install of a chairlift for my grandmother. He was on time and very efficient. He had all the answers to the questions that we had and we appreciate his attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

All American mobility is a fantastic place to do business with, and their people are wonderful. I spoke twice to a young lady named Kaitlyn, who is very professional, and is sweet as a young woman can be. That resulted in Tommy coming to my house and installing a new chair lift. He was all work and had no time for visiting with me. But for some reason the next day the chairlift would only charge when it was at the bottom of the stairs, and when I got out at the end of the day at the top of the stairs, I had to turn it off so that the battery would still be strong enough to get me downstairs where it could charge again. After three days, Danny came to my house and was able to tighten certain areas and loosen others so that the ride up and down the stairs was very smooth and he quickly figured out why the chair wasnt charging properly at the top of the stairs. There is a thick wire that runs through the entire track from the bottom of the stairs to the top. This wire had come slightly loose so it would work at the bottom of the left but not at the top. He replaced that entire unit and then taped it closely together so that it couldnt work its way apart again and now the chairlift functions perfectly. He also raised the rail slightly all the way up, which I am very happy about. It makes it easier for me to get in and out of the stair lift when I am at the top of the stairs. All the while he was polite and efficient and professional as a man can be. I questioned him several times but each time his response demonstrated how grateful he is to be working for such a wonderful company and how thankful he was to have customers who appreciated their work. Im very appreciative of the efforts from Kaitlyn, Tom, and Danny. I think this is a tremendous company. It took a little bit of time before they could come out and install my chairlift, but as he was leaving Danny mentioned to me they have eight or nine scooter lifts to install in peoples garages within the next week. Excellent people and excellent products result in large workloads for wonderful households.

Tommy was super sweet and installed both lifts quickly. Gave easy instructions on how to use it and also the on off button incase power goes out. Thank you
