Monica Brown is very warm and friendly. She listens and gives options so you feel included in making the best decision for your health plan. The rest of the staff is also very supportive and kind. Monica was my first choice for Primary Care Provider.

Had a relatively good experience coming to practice (after our other primary care dr closed) for first initial appts for my husband and I that consisted of just speaking to provider and lab work, no physical. Nurse and provider were very nice and compassionate. Needed to get my 17 yo daughter in to see Dr because of significant issues shes dealing with. called in to schedule appt, spoke to nurse who transferred me up to schedule appt for following week, got voicemail so left message. Had to call back 6 days later because no one returned my call. Then person who answered phone tells me they can't see her for another month and a half after nurse told me they'd get her in as soon as possible next week cuz of her issues! Now I've wasted valuable time needed to get labwork, help diagnose my daughter, etc. waiting on a call back that never came and not being able to get appt. Will have to take her somewhere else who can get her in asap! So frustrating, had higher hopes for this practice based on reviews we saw. Back to square 1 trying to find new primary care for the 3 of us.

Provider is good, but front desk is AWFUL! 2nd time I've had issues, but today I Show up for my appointment, receptionist is with another client at front counter. She was frustrated because she came in for appt but it got changed somehow, so trying to figure out when her appointment was rescheduled to and why she wasn't notified. Then she proceeded to inquire about other family members appts, which also had been rescheduled. This left me standing in line for at least 9-10 minutes while they tried to figure it all out and several employees walked up front during that time, saw me standing there and no one assisted to check me in. I finally get to counter and was seriously told I needed to reschedule my appointment because they only have a 5 minute grace window for appointment times!! I voiced my frustration because she clearly knew I had been standing there and I refused to reschedule and walked out letting her know I'd be finding a new practice. I had already taken time off from work (which is hard for me to get btw) and it was not my fault they have obvious scheduling issues! So disappointing and they will lose a lot of clients if this continues to be a problem!
