Rappahannock Family Physicians

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cooks for 30+ years. Hes an excellent doctor if youre lucky enough to get an appointment. I called today and was told next available is late December. Tried to get an appointment with Dr. Harpe (also in the practice) and was told shes not taking new patients even though I saw her in September of this year! Unfortunately, this isnt the first time Ive had this experience and therefore Ill be looking for a new PCP.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me! Nurse was very patient with my 92-year-old father and Dr. Harpe was wonderful! Talked slow and repeated herself until my dad understood and then turned and made sure all of my concerns and questions were taken care of.

Terrible wait time. I've been to this office several times in the last 7 months and I'm not seen for over an hour after my scheduled appt time. Ridiculous.

I have been a patient here for a few years, however my regular doctor relocated a year or so ago. Ever since I have had nothing but issues with the office. The staff have been less than pleasant to work with and any time I call I have to leave a voicemail, even with the front desk and never receive a returned phone call.
