Jennifer did great a great job. Despite of the restrictions of Covid 19 , she was always there by email, video conference and phone . Very responsive and hit the extra mile on service by making sure at the beginning, through and at the end of the process to get a successful result. Jennifer Cervantes was super kind and patient with us. My family had concerns in regard to my cousins immigration case and she was able to help alleviate the worry/stress we had during the case. Even though she said cases were taking longer than usual she would always let us know if there were any changes or updates. We are extremely happy with the result of the case and will always remember how she helped our family stay together.
