I was easily able to schedule service online. Response time to my initial request was almost immediate. On the day of the appointment I received a text advising that the worker was on the way along with a picture of the person expected. Once there everything was done professionally and a quote was given within a day. Update: day of service, I again was sent a text with the name and picture of the worker responding. All the work was completed, all questions we had, we were informed of and we even signed up for their energy saving plan.
