Friendly staff. Clean hallways and rooms. Bright common areas. The staff who interacted with my friend clearly care about him. Very pleased.

They would have let my grandmother die there if I hadn't intervened. She told the nurse she couldn't breath and to call me (she can't dial herself) because she thought she wasn't going to make it and wanted to tell me goodbye. The nurse left her alone and shut the door behind her. Later that night she had another can't breathe episode and told them to call 911. 911 arrived a few minutes before me and they sent them away without letting them check her out saying THEIR Dr had to approve her leaving. She was held hostage for 20 minutes. I had to demand them to recall 911 or I was going to take her out myself (no idea how I was going to do it without her able to walk but I would have done it). I can't believe they are allowed to deny these elders medical help. (she ended up having a bad case of pnemonia and a small blood clot diagnosed even she got to the hospital) They also tried to feed my DIABETIC grandmother pork and beans and a white bread sandwich. The broccoli came with ketchup and mustard on it already, I think the nurses are sadistic. Don't put your love one here unless you want them to pass.

Moved in today and rapid assistance was there. Hope it continues.
