We had a great experience at Spirits! The food was delicious, much tastier than we had expected, and our server was very kind. They do not skimp on serving sizes and offer a pretty wide variety on their menu. My family will be returning!

Terrible experience! Went to the bar on the 2nd floor with my husband several months ago. Ordered the Philly Eggroll appetizer. Ate one half and almost vomited when a roach crawled out of the other. All the bartender could say is, we dont have roaches in the kitchen. Needless to say we will never return! Im shocked your employees dont report these issues to management when they happen. Being dismissive will not correct your issues. You are not truly sorry about your customers experiences. Look back 10 years or more at the complaints and your exact same response! Heres a clue! While youre looking into it, look in the kitchen! Whats disingenuous is not correcting serious issues.

My wife and I tried the Cheeseburger and the Red, White, and Blue burger. Both burgers, cooked medium/medium well, were juicy, well-seasoned, and delicious. The bun seemed fresh baked and was not soggy, even with the juciness of the burgers. We plan to return.

We are sorry that you had a less than favorable time at our restaurant. Considering this was months ago, we are having a hard time validating your concerns at this time. If this in fact was true, why wait months to report such a thing on google and not the owner? In the future with any establishment reporting any issue to the manager and/or the owner at that time would have been more affective. Waiting months from any businesses stand point seems disingenuous. Especially when its put on google. With that said the owner has been made aware of this conversation and is looking in to it, as we want EVERYONE to have a good time at our establishment. Do hope you give us another shot.
